The 360° Performance Review has since become a key part of many of the leadership development programmes delivered by eve-olution, and the data gathered to date has been used to create a benchmarking report entitled Authentic Leadership: the competencies of successful senior women. For the first time, eve-olution are offering the 360° Performance Review to individuals outside of an organisational programme - scroll down for details of price and how to order. Once you have completed the review you will be able to compare your results against the benchmarks in the Authentic Leadership report, and develop your own action plan based on the unique insight you receive.

How the 360° Performance Review works
Through eve-olution's work with senior women in organisations, and through surveying women within organisations, the eve-olution team were able to identify five key categories of competencies (see below) for inclusion in the 360° Performance Review. And within each of these categories key competencies and behaviours were further defined.

If you take the Review you will be asked to complete the questionnaire yourself, and to ask your Manager and up to eight Direct Reports and Others to do the same for you. Each question is answered on a rating of 0 - 5, where 0 = 'Not observed' through to 5 = 'Exceptional', with regard to competence.
To ensure the results are relevant you are asked to rate and be rated in terms of importance to your current role and responsibilities, where 0 = 'Not required', through to 4 'Critical'.
There is also the opportunity for reviewers to make supplementary comments:
- Up to three things that they would like to see you continuing
- Up to three things that they would like to see you change or stop
- General comments
