20% of Britons have recurring dreams; 18% say they have felt upset the next day with someone who was mean to them in their dreams; more than a third have made a life changing decision based on a dream; 72% of women claim their dreams affect their decisions in everyday life, compared with just 28% of men. 19% of adults have renewed contact with a friend after dreaming about them.

Many Lives, Many Masters - Dr Brian Weiss
Many Lives, Many Masters is the true story of a prominent psychiatrist, his young patient, and the past-life therapy that changed both their lives. As a traditional psychotherapist, Dr. Brian Weiss, M.D., graduating Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, from Columbia University and Yale Medical School, spent years in the disciplined study of the human psychology, training his mind to think as a scientist and a physician. He held steadfastly to conservatism in his profession, distrusting anything that could not be proved by traditional scientific method.
But when he met his 27-year old patient, Catherine, in 1980, who came to his office seeking help for her anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias, he was taken aback at what unfolded in the therapy sessions that followed, which jolted him out of his conventional ways of thought and psychiatry. For the first time, he came face-to-face with the concept of reincarnation and the many tenets of Hinduism, which, as he says in the last chapter of the book, "I thought only Hindus... practiced." This fascinating case dramatically altered the lives of Catherine and Dr Weiss, and provide important information on the mysteries of the mind, the continuation of life after death and the influence of our past life experiences on our present behaviour.

Constant and never-ending improvement
Continuing with our commitment to excellence, we have recently introduced a twenty-one day follow on programme for the Creative Female Leader. This is to embed ideologies and thought processes by repetition through sending daily reminders via e-mail about the core competencies learnt on the programme.
Through this new initiative, delegates have a chance to discuss the difficulties they are encountering either as a group or one to one with the workshop leader. This is beneficial to both the delegate and us at Eve-olution, because; as the delegate starts to make changes to her life Eve-olution can respond and help in the most appropriate and timely way.
This new intervention was a big success and delegates found the extra support beneficial.
This intensive 2 day residential programme is facilitated by Tracey Carr who has an International reputation as an expert on gender differences and women’s leadership. Tracey has been running leadership management development programmes for women for 6 years in Europe/ Asia and the US. Her clients include Barclays bank, B&Q and EDS. Tracey has a background in Psychology, is a Master Practitioner of NLP and is a Professional Speaker, Coach and Quantum Hypnotherapist.
