eve-olution appoints new MD

Liz Finan joins the team

We are pleased to announce that Liz Finan has joined eve-olution as Managing Director and joined the team in November. Liz is extraordinarily well qualified for this position as she came directly from the City where she held senior board appointments. One of her biggest achievements to date was setting up Legal and General Bank.

As well as managing the business Liz will be sharing her experiences about being a senior woman with delegates on our Leading Edge and Creative Female Leader programmes. She has also contributed to the final design of Mars and Venus at Work – adding knowledge about the male/female dynamic as a woman managing women and men at board level.

Lastly, Liz has added strength to our strategic consulting methodology with invaluable knowledge about why Diversity matters to the board and why it does not.

Book of the month

The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli

A classic, which is well worth another read in the context of modern day leadership. The Prince shocked Europe when it was published with it's advocacy of ruthless tactics for gaining power and its abandonment of absolute morality.

eve-olution Diversity for 2005

by Tracey Carr, CEO eve-olution

With the arrival of Liz Finan, our new MD, I am delighted to announce that eve-olution will be expanding during 2005 to better serve the needs of our clients.

Whilst our speciality has always been gender diversity we have been aware of the fact that the gender issue does not stand alone and that all of the diversity strands are inter-related.

From January 2005 we will be offering a complete one-stop-shop for diversity in all aspects including cultural differences. Our unique proposition will remain unchanged – an end-to-end solution incorporating strategic consulting, workshops and innovative e-learning.

Our strength has always been the quality of our people. Our senior consultants have held board positions in the private and public sector and I believe that what we offer is a range of skills and experience that you will not find anywhere else. Whatever your diversity needs we have the solution.

If you would like to learn more about our services and products please email me on tracey@eve-olution.net

We very much look forward to working with you during 2005.
