The eve-olution concept was born out of experience. Our professional experiences have been many and varied. We have been directors of PLC's and small lifestyle businesses. We understand what it means to be an employer and an employee. We work with organisations who wish to create and sustain a balanced workforce and who are committed to positive change. Currently women account for just 5% of all directors of FTSE 100 companies.

We believe passionately in the benefits of a balanced and diverse workforce and we also understand the fundamental pressure that influences the choices we make in our personal lives and careers.
