eve-olution launched its motivational Creative Female Leader programme in 2001, and since then hundreds of senior women have benefited from its unique approach.
A number of women from EDS attended the course and it was not long before the company identified measurable changes in these individuals in terms of their maturity and impact. Feedback from the internal programme was excellent and prompted EDS to commission eve-olution to provide one to one coaching for senior executives, and a complete range of development programmes were rolled out by eve-olution in 2007 under the new brand ETC. This work has now been expanded across EMEA and integrated into their respected corporate Continued Professional Development Programme. Feedback has been consistently high and behaviour change measurable.
EDS have now commissioned ETC to roll out a regular EMEA wide development programme called the 'Tool-Kit for Consultants' which, of course incorporates diversity as a core component of the programme.
