Gender diversity diagnostic tool – for the executive team

Barclaycard were so impressed with the results from the Leading Edge programme, designed and delivered by eve-olution to 75% of their senior women, that they invited Tracey Carr back to do some one to one coaching with the Chief Operating Office Executive Team of seven. The coaching process was initiated by the use of eve-olution's proprietary gender diagnostic tool, that helps to uncover blind spots in a person's behaviour, i.e. a senior man may be very good at influencing men but may not realise that his influencing skills aren’t quite having the same effect on the women.
The full reports were useful in helping Tracey coach the Executive Board on gender differences from a practical and pragmatic point of view rather than just a nice to have conceptual view-point.
The results were excellent at least 50% of the Executive team were able to make significant changes in their behaviour based on appreciating their own blind spots.
In 2008 eve-olution and ETC are planning to work closely with Barclaycard on integrating inclusive behaviours as a rationale for looking at new ways of doing business and, in so doing, increasing market share.
