The Alliance & Leicester has worked closely with eve-olution since April 2005 to develop and create an integrated diversity programme aligned to the business and organisational goals and values. The concern of the organisation focused on how to maximise the effectiveness, scope and impact of the proposed initiatives, to ensure that attitudinal change became successfully enshrined into the company culture and behaviours.

Recognising the business case for diversity, the Board of the Alliance & Leicester took the decision to be more pro-active at implementing their objectives. eve-olution's respected consultancy team was commissioned to help the organisation to come up to speed on a range of diversity issues, and following a diagnostic phase, to initiate change.
eve-olution's work included developing a range of "quick-win" actions as part of the company's overall diversity strategy, advising on learning programmes, informing on developing more flexible working arrangements and the recruitment and support of their own Diversity Manager to enable them to build shared employee ownership into the future.
